On January 3rd, it was learned from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province that the "14th Five Year Plan for Industrial Green Development in Hebei Province" has recently been officially issued, which specifies that Hebei Province will screen and identify 1000 high energy consuming and high emission enterprises, implement the "Thousand Enterprise Green Transformation" project, establish a "Thousand Enterprise Green Transformation" project library, and carry out key green transformation. All key enterprises in the steel, cement, and flat glass industries in the province should build green factories at or above the provincial level.
It is reported that through the implementation of the "Thousand Enterprises Green Transformation" project, Hebei Province will screen and identify 1000 high energy consuming and high emission enterprises, establish a "Thousand Enterprises Green Transformation" project library, provide "one-on-one" household diagnosis services, and customize "one enterprise, one policy" technical transformation plans, using advanced and applicable production technologies, processes, and equipment for technical transformation.
According to the plan, Hebei Province will further develop efficient and energy-saving technology equipment and products, vigorously develop advanced environmental protection technology equipment and products, promote the development of energy-saving and environmental protection service industry, strengthen the research and application of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, and promote the output value of energy-saving and environmental protection industry to reach the "hundred billion level".
It is understood that during the 13th Five Year Plan period, Hebei Province has cumulatively reduced its steel production capacity by 82.124 million tons, cement production capacity by 11.949 million tons, and flat glass production capacity by 49.99 million weight boxes. The industrial green manufacturing system has been further improved, with 233 provincial-level and above green factories established, including 95 national level green factories.
