From June 26th to 28th, after three days of intense competition, the comprehensive competition for professional and technical personnel in ecological environment monitoring in Sichuan Province in 2024 came to a successful conclusion in Pengzhou City, covering laboratory analysis, pollution source monitoring, nuclear and radiation emergency monitoring. This martial arts competition is jointly organized by the Department of Ecology and Environment, the Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Youth League Province, the Provincial Women's Federation, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau and other units, and is specifically undertaken by the Provincial Ecological Environment Monitoring Station.
A total of 22 representative teams and 200 athletes from the ecological environment monitoring system in the province participated in this comprehensive competition. The competition activity is divided into four professional groups: experimental analysis, pollution source monitoring, emergency monitoring, and automatic monitoring of environmental air quality. The activity aims to promote training through competitions, learning through training, and work through learning, to test and enhance the professional ability and practical level of ecological environment monitoring personnel in the province.
