PreGASS®-9600 flue gas pretreatment system is suitable for continuous flue gas monitoring system (CEMS). It can deal with high flow and high humidity flue gas, effectively remove moisture, acid mist and ammonia in the flue gas, while retaining the target gases that need to be monitored, such as SO2, NOx, O2, CO and CO2.
Working Principle
The gas dehumidification technology of PreGASS®-9600 flue gas pretreatment system uses a unique Nafion drying tube for flue gas drying. The principle of dehumidification is based on the affinity of sulfonic acid group to water in Nafion tube. By establishing the humidity difference inside and outside Nafion tube, the moisture in the flue gas in the tube penetrates rapidly through the Nafion tube wall and is taken away and discharged by back-blowing to realize the drying process of the flue gas.
The temperature and drainage time of PreGASS®-9600 flue gas pretreatment system are controlled by programmable logic controller, and the dew point of the dried flue gas is monitored and displayed. The functions of remote data transmission, operation and display can also be realized through RS485 communication interface, which facilitates the remote control of the system.
