Application
This product is recommended to use for epoxy zinc-rich primers to enhance primer adhesion, improve water resistance, chemical resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Dosage
The dosage is about 2% of the weight of zinc powder.
Adding Method
In the solvent paint, PA8234 is added directly into the epoxy resin, and then the zinc powder is added slowly and dispersed at high speed for 30 minutes.
In the water-based coating, PA8234 is diluted with water at the ratio about 1:1 and then added into the epoxy resin. Stir evenly, then slowly add the zinc powder and disperse at high speed for 30 minutes.

PA8234 has a shelf life 365days in sealed container.
