PreGASS®-2500in-situ ammonia remover is designed to remove ammonia from flue gas and prevent ammonium salt crystallization from clogging sampling pipeline or damaging analyzer. The ammonia remover has high selectivity in the use process. It only removes ammonia from flue gas without affecting other components to be measured.
Working Principle
Ammonia reacts with phosphoric acid to form ammonium phosphate. The ammonia remover uses this chemical reaction to remove ammonia from flue gas, form ammonium phosphate and precipitate it on saddle medium or in ammonia remover. This reaction is selective and will not affect other concentrations in the air stream.
